Linking Team Feedback to GitHub

Linking your GitHub accounts

To use Team Feedback's GitHub integration effectively, you must ensure that your Team Feedback account is linked to your GitHub accounts. Team Feedback supports integration with GitHub.com and King's College London GitHub Enterprise and these are treated as separate services. To link to these services or check whether your account is linked with those services, go to your Team Feedback profile page and scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will find a section on "Linked Services" and a table that specifies what services are linked. For services that are not linked, there will be a button that enables you to link that service and your account. For services that are linked, there will be a button that enables you to link that service and your account.

Currently, your account is linked to neither King's College London GitHub Enterprise nor GitHub.com. You cannot make effective use of Team Feedback's GitHub integration until you link these services.

Linking or creating a team repository

If your project requires you to register a remote repository with Team Feedback, the project menu on the lefthand side of the screen with have a menu item named "Code repositories. One member of the team will either have to create a new repository via Team Feedback or link an already created repository. To do this, go to the  Code repositories screen. There, select either " Create new"" to create a new repository in GitHub or " Link repo" to link an existing repository. Beware, this action will cause you to share that repository with all the team mate you have linked their Team Feedback account with the relevant GitHub service.
